About the Position

We are seeking a dynamic and industry-connected Senior Placement Coordinator to lead placement operations for our FutureTech and EdTech programs. The ideal candidate will build strong corporate partnerships, drive student employability initiatives, and ensure successful placement outcomes across emerging technology domains such as AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Full Stack Development, and Digital Transformation.

The role requires excellent stakeholder management, strategic planning, and strong understanding of the evolving hiring ecosystem within the tech and education sectors.

Responsibilities

Corporate Relations & Employer Engagement

• Develop and maintain relationships with recruiters, HR leaders, hiring managers, and industry partners across IT, SaaS, EdTech, and FutureTech companies.
• Identify new hiring opportunities, internship programs, and strategic placement partnerships.
• Organize campus recruitment drives, hiring events, job fairs, virtual interviews, and networking sessions.
• Coordinate with companies for job descriptions, interview schedules, assessment processes, and offer rollouts.

Placement Operations

• Manage end-to-end placement lifecycle for students and learners.
• Ensure achievement of placement targets, conversion ratios, and hiring KPIs.
• Track placement metrics, student performance, recruiter feedback, and hiring analytics.
• Maintain placement databases, employer pipelines, and MIS reports.

Student Career Readiness

• Conduct employability enhancement sessions including resume reviews, mock interviews, aptitude preparation, and professional communication workshops.
• Mentor students on career pathways within FutureTech domains.
• Collaborate with academic and training teams to align curriculum with industry hiring trends.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with program managers, trainers, leadership teams, and external recruitment partners.
• Ensure seamless communication between students, recruiters, and internal teams.
• Handle escalations related to interviews, onboarding, and offer management.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Education, or related fields; MBA or related management degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in placement coordination, program management, facilitation, technical skilling, or stakeholder engagement.
• Good understanding of AI, ML, Full Stack Development, Cybersecurity, and related technologies.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proven track record in team leadership and collaboration with academic and corporate partners.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting, monitoring, and documentation.
• Willingness to travel for placement coordination and stakeholder engagement.
