We are looking for a dynamic person for the role of Sr. Engagement Associate to work with academic partners and companies to engage with learners and employees on various life-skills sessions.

About the Position

Sr. Engagement Associate shall work with academic partners and companies to engage with learners and employees of various Academic Institutes, NGOs, CSR Foundation & Government Institutions  to enhance their life-skills through life-skills sessions.

Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for: 

• Conduct orientation sessions for principals, teachers, students, professors and other relevant stakeholders 
• Design and implement engagement strategies to improve learning outcomes 
• Coordinate with principals, directors, TPOs & professors of various partner institutions/ organizations to on-board new learners and ensure learner engagement
• Manage learner data and records of project focal points for better coordination and implementation
• Monitor and track the progress of learners
• Performs other duties as assigned by the senior team members

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Post-graduate/ Graduate degree in any discipline with an understanding of the social/development sector in India
• Prior experience of working with students & youth will be an added advantage
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Non-believer in 9 to 5 work culture and ready to accept tight deadlines and deliver accordingly
• We expect the incumbent to be a self-driven professional with an aptitude to deliver the best and contribute to grow the platform to newer heights.
• Atleast 1 year of relevant work experience is desirable
