About the Position

The Manager — Purpos Platform will be responsible for managing and growing the Purpos Platform as a vibrant, engaging, and trusted ecosystem space for India’s purpose economy.

This role requires a professional who understands both digital platforms and the social impact ecosystem, and can build community engagement, partnerships, and content momentum around the platform.The role will work closely with CSRBOX Platform, Impact Practice, Programs, and Communications teams.

Responsibilities

Platform Management & Growth

Manage day-to-day operations of the Purpos Platform across its core modules:

• Talent / opportunities ecosystem
• Partnerships & solutions hub
• Conversations & stories

Support platform improvements, feature rollouts, and user engagement strategies.Monitor platform usage, engagement metrics, and community growth.

Community & Ecosystem Engagement

Build and nurture a community of purpose-driven professionals and organizations.

Engage with:

• NGOs and social enterprises
• CSR professionals
• philanthropy networks
• impact startups
• development practitioners

Ensure the platform remains active, relevant, and responsive to ecosystem needs.

Content & Conversations

Support development of:

• ecosystem stories and interviews
• knowledge content
• community conversations
• platform-led engagement campaigns

Work with the communications team to keep the platform visible and dynamic.

Partnerships & Ecosystem Integration

Support onboarding of:

• solution providers
• ecosystem partners
• knowledge collaborators
• community contributors

Coordinate with internal teams to integrate platform offerings into CSRBOX initiatives.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

• Development Studies
• Management
• Communications
• Social Sciences
• Technology / Digital Platforms
•  or related fields.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in platform management, community building, digital ecosystem engagement, or partnerships
• Strong understanding of India’s civil society, CSR, startup, and philanthropy ecosystem
• Experience working with online platforms, communities, or digital engagement ecosystems
• Experience in the social impact or development sector is strongly preferred
