To achieve its objective, Karunashraya offers a range of services, including medical, emotional, spiritual, and social support. Their team of over 100 trained professionals, including doctors, counselors, physiotherapists, and nursing staff, work diligently to provide comprehensive care and help patients and their families cope with the challenges they face.

Additionally, Karunashraya extends its reach through link centers and home care teams that travel throughout Bengaluru, delivering essential palliative care and support services to patients in need.

Through its dedication and unwavering commitment, Karunashraya has achieved remarkable results, supporting thousands of patients and providing peace and relief from pain. The organization relies on donations, individual donors, committed donors, and CSR funding to sustain its operations. Financial constraints have also posed a significant challenge. Many patients seeking Karunashraya's services come from lower economic backgrounds, with approximately 65 percent falling below the poverty line.
