The company contributed to CSR towards healthcare promotion. The company conducts regular health check-ups for employees and nearby villages. The camp is conducted by a Maithan Alloys -employed doctor and paramedical professionals. All participants in the camp are provided with check-up, medicines and advised to see a specialist in case if any condition requires further medical attention. Guru Gangeshwar Booramal Nishulk Chikitsa Seva Sansthan, Vrindavan was started in the year 1994, in the name of (Late) Shri Bhooramal Agarwalla, the grandfather of the Maithan Alloys CMD. The company still continues to be one of the trustees on this clinic by taking forward the legacy of its forefathers.
