The Project consists of two phases. The first phase will start with the establishment of rural BPO with 40-seat capacity and gradually increasing it up to 100 seats thus making it a commercially viable social enterprise. The project will have the overarching objective of responding to the need of the hour requirements for women, farmers as well as local artisans to develop a mechanism, which can bridge the gap between the urban / rural as well as rural / rural markets as well as provide opportunities for economic development. The project will work in its location to:

• Create conducive work environment in rural areas.
• Enhance career prospects through knowledge-based work.
• Create opportunities for trained workforce through recruitment pro-grams.
