Company believes that education is the key to a brighter future of our country. Keeping this in mind, Skipper organized a book distribution programme, which was attended by 270 students. This was held at Netaji Balika Vidyalaya and Mahisrekha Junior School, Howrah. Skipper Foundation provides financial assistance in the form of remuneration to the teachers and faculty of Mahisrekha Junior School, Howrah. Company also arrange for additional infrastructural facilities, such as tube wells for easy access to water, furniture in classroom in order to accommodate and impact more number of students. Since February, 2014, the electricity expenses have also been taken care of to ensure uninterrupted imparting of education. Several initiatives were adopted and implemented on the education front, such as distribution of books, improvement in infrastructure and facilities in schools. These were aimed at allowing better access to quality education, and enabling extra-curricular activities for holistic development of students and teachers. Company has sponsored teachers for Mahishrekha Junior School, provided a Computer Teacher for Kulgachia Netaji Balika Vidyamandir, distributed books for girl students at Netaji Balika Vidyalaya, provided electricity all-year through for Nimna Buniyadi Vidyalaya & Junior School, Mahishrekha, Celebrated Annual Sports Day, Distributed books through Tulsiberia Mahila RG.
