SABAL Centre for Abilities at Noamundi was created to empower Persons with Disabilities through skilling programmes, which help mainstream them as well as sensitise communities to enable Persons with Disabilities to lead productive and dignified lives. This initiative helped 28 Persons with Disabilities empowered through training on skills and 15 persons (including six Persons with Disabilities) underwent the Training of Trainers.
