Please read the following terms carefully before completing your registration for OPIF 2026.
Registration fees are non-refundable. However, delegate passes are transferable to another individual from the same organisation prior to the event, subject to prior intimation to the organising team.
All registrations are subject to confirmation from the organising team. You will receive a Unique Registration Code (URC) within 7 working days of successful registration and payment.
Conference delegate registration covers attendance in all day sessions, workshops, and Open Space Technology sessions, excluding Restricted/Paid Master-classes and closed sessions which are by invitation or require add-on registration.
A few master-classes are restricted for CSR Heads and CSR Teams of companies. The host organisation reserves all rights to restrict entry of delegates for such master-classes.
The Residential Plans will cover accommodation for two nights, 26th and 27th October 2026. Check-in is on 26th Oct and check-out on 28th Oct 2026.
On-spot registration starts from 26th October 2026 onwards, subject to seat availability.
Welcome kit, access to the exhibition area, and use of common networking areas are included in all delegate registrations. Meal inclusions vary by plan, refer to the registration plan details below.
Delegates are expected to carry a valid photo ID proof at the time of on-site registration. Digital confirmation emails or URC printouts will be accepted for entry.
Photography and videography will take place at the event. By registering, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in promotional and archival material related to OPIF 2026.
