Mr. Arvind Kumar is the Senior Advisor Strategic Partnerships with USAID. He has over 25 years of experience in the development sector and has managed over $100 million dollars, worth of development projects. In his role as the Strategic Partnerships Advisor he works closely with policy makers, private sector decision makers, and leads the efforts for transfer of promising Indian healthcare solutions to other countries. Mr. Kumar has the facilitated several private companies, business associations and start-up firms to get involved and support India’s health and development programs. He has a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a master’s in business administration.
Mr. Prabhat Kumar Sinha is a learning professional with over 20 years of progressive experience of managing large scale program portfolio with Corporate, International non profits and government sectors. Presently associated with Novartis Oncology, innovation driven global pharma group and as part of Leadership member leading the patient advocacy, Policy and communication portfolio for India business unit. In addition to India role also leading the Patient advocacy for Asia Pacific cluster responsible for 11 countries and coordinating with region. Expertise includes extensive experience in the domain of Corporate social responsibility, patient assistance program, market access, engagement with patient advocacy groups, industry associations and government, corporate communication. Experience includes working in Non communicable Diseases domain Diabetes care, Eye Care, Cancer Care, Genetic Blood disorders, Rare Disease.
Known for his astute vision and thought leadership, Sanjaya Mariwala has been instrumental in positioning India’s nutraceutical industry on the global map along with developing the domestic market. He is the Executive Chairman and Managing Director of OmniActive Health Technologies Ltd, a company founded by him in the year 2005. OmniActive specializes in branded Natural APIs and PFIs for nutrition, health, and wellness products. Sanjaya is currently the chair for the nutraceutical sub-committee of FICCI and is also the Founder President of the Association of Herbal and Nutraceuticals Manufacturers of India (AHNM). Additionally, he serves as an Independent Director on the board of Cravatex brands, a platform for lifestyle, sports & wellness products. He is also a director on the Boards of Auto Hangar, the largest Mercedes dealership in India, and VKL Spices, India’s largest seasonings & flavors Solutions. Sanjaya is a seasoned industrialist with over 30 years of experience in multiple industries while nutraceuticals space being his favorite. He has built sustainable & superior brands across sectors, unlocked multi-million dollars in value, and exited after accomplishing them to greater heights. Before setting up OmniActive he was the Managing Director of Kancor Ingredients, a company that he successfully ran and grew for two decades before selling his stake in 2014.
Ranjeeb Sarma is a supply chain risk mitigation specialist and a CSR generalist who has more than a decade long of experience. Having worked in both corporate and the development sectors, he brings in an unique perspective on resolution / addressing of issues that are prevalent in the garment sector. Currently working at M&S he is responsible for ethical sourcing, Sustainability and CSR for India and Srilanka.
