Kavita Anand is the founder director of both, Adhyayan Quality Education Services and Adhyayan Foundation. She was awarded the Ashoka Fellowship in 2015 for her social entrepreneurship and single minded focus on bringing quality to schools through leadership development. Over her career spanning 30 years, she has worked in organizations such as Aga Khan Education Services and the Sir Ratan Tata Trust. In 2001, she set up and led Shishuvan School, Mumbai, for 12 years. Kavita serves on the board of organisations such as the India School Leadership Institute, Somaiya Vidyavihar, Kapila Khandvala B.Ed College, Educate for Life and Apni Shala. She has provided long-term consultancy services programmes of the Open University, UK and the National College of Teaching and Leadership, UK.

Raju leads the social initiatives of the Company in areas of Children & Education, Women Empowerment, Environment, and Heritage. An alumnus of Tata Institute of Social Sciences, (TISS) Mumbai, he completed his Masters in 1999 and since then has been working in the developmental sector. He carries a rich experience of 20 years in which he has worked with NGOs, INGOs, Government, and Corporates ranging from grass-root implementation programs to the strategy and planning level.

Sharbani Ray leads strategy, engagement and communications for the Global CSR and Diversity & Inclusion teams at Genpact. She designs and executes on programs that harness the energy and talent of our employees for the economic, social, and environmental betterment of the communities we live and work in. For Diversity, Equity and Inclusion – she works closely with the leadership team to create an ecosystem of inclusion, promoting an environment where women excel and advance to leadership roles, and championing the cause of racial equity.

Anil Sharma is a high energy marketing and communication professional with over 22 years of experience in developing and executing highly effective and result-oriented plans. He is a strategic leader with demonstrated success in recognising and maximising individual, agency and cross-functional team strengths. He has worked at the globally reputed PR agencies and a leading corporate. Today, he is at a unique intersection of Corporate & Marketing Communications, CSR and Sustainability, having set up these departments and leading them.

Bajrang Bagra, a Chartered Accountant, has a cherished career of Corporate Manager from middle to Board level, for 36 years in various fields of economy- Power, Seeds, Mining and Metal, Railways and Consultancy. He worked as CFO of Botswana Railways, Director (Finance) of RITES and of NALCO, and when bidding bye to corporate career was CMD, NALCO. Bajrang Bagra has been active with CII, as Chairman, C I I, Odisha, Member, Development Council for Affirmative Action, Member, National Committee on CSR and Sustainable Development and Chairman, Nation Committee on CPSUs.

Garima Babbar heads education and skill development programs for Adobe India and South Asia region. She has rich experience of 20 years in this field and works with the Govt and think tanks. She leads the India flagship initiative Adobe Digital Disha to build Digital Creativity skills of students across K-12, Higher Education. She is passionate about education and works extensively on Policies and Programs to help develop new age skills of students in latest technologies.
