Samir Sharma is working in the social development space from the last 20 years. He has a blend of experience of working with large NGOs like VHAI and Multinational and national manufacturing industries like Lafarge and Ambuja Cements. He is a post graduate in Social Work from HP University and is also a certified CII / ITC sustainability assessor. In his current role as Sr. General Manager with Dalmia Bharat Group, he handles the portfolio of CSR operations for the cement business and also coordinates special programs on skill Development.

Dr. O P Goel Heads – Bosch India Foundation, CSR and Skill Development. He did his PhD in the area of Training and Development. During his 30 years of career in the Corporate, he worked in different business management roles, set up and headed Bosch Sales Force training Academy for Asia pacific region before taking up current role to manage the non –profit organization of Bosch India.

Sagarika is a CSR and social development professional with nearly 20 years" experience. She has worked with leading development sector organizations, government, academia and the corporate sector. She has contributed to a range of thematic areas spanning CSR & Sustainability, Vocational Skills, Information & Communication Technologies for Development, and Special Needs Education. She is currently leading CSR for the Godrej Consumer Products Ltd in Mumbai. Her role includes design and implementation of CSR programmes to drive positive social, economic, and environmental impact, ensure CSR governance to adhere to internal and external compliance, and lead communications for CSR and sustainability for the Godrej Industries Group. Sagarika has a double Masters from the London School of Economics and is a trained Special Needs Educator.

Raj Nehru is the youngest, founding Vice Chancellor in the country, who left his lucrative corporate career to serve the dream of transforming National Skill Ecosystem, that is on high priority in the State and the Country. A veteran in Human Capital Management, has spent more than two decades in various roles and different organisations. Started his career with Indian Army and then moved to Corporate Sector (Pharmaceutical, IT&ITES, Manufacturing, Automobile and Engineering and Energy Sector). He has worked for more than a decade with IBM and managed the global portfolio as Director Leadership Development.

Meera Shenoy is a pioneer in job-linked skilling of rural, tribal and young people with disabilities from underprivileged families, at scale. She set up and led EGMM, India"s first state government skilling mission , then consulted for the World Bank and UN across South east Asia. She is now Founder-CEO, Youth4Jobs (www.youth4jobs.org), which focusses on mainstreaming youth with disabilities in education and the workplace. In just 8 years, Youth4Jobs has become the largest organisation in this space and is a recognised System Changer .Y4J skills both youth with disabilities with less education from rural areas and educated youth in colleges. And makes the last mile connect to jobs. It has a presence in 28 states of India and works with a network of over 500 companies.
