Madhura Karnik is the Chief Growth Officer at Haqdarshak. Madhura is an ex-journalist and financial analyst and leads the Growth vertical at Haqdarshak which includes sales, marketing, communications, client servicing and impact measurement.

1. What has been the journey of Haqdarshak? How did it all begin and where do you stand today as an organisation in achieving the goals you began with?

5. On-ground execution has always had its challenges but the pandemic further limited physical movement. How has Haqdarshak navigated this particular challenge and still managed to execute programs?

6. During the global pandemic in the midst of panic and information overload, what were some of the challenges you faced in providing the right information about government schemes to people at the right time? What methods did you use to address these issues?

7. When bridging the gap between people and government schemes, what are some of the consistent problem areas that you’ve noticed? How have your initiatives worked on solving those problem areas?
