Rumi is a management professional with close to 20 years of hands-on experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, Education, ‘Technology in development’, Diversity and Inclusion at workplace and Skills and Employability. In her various management role in the past 19+ years, Rumi has worked across non-profits organisations and businesses to create meaningful convergence of priorities for long-term value creation for communities and the environment. Rumi is currently is the Global Head for Corporate Responsibility for EY Global Delivery Services (EY GDS). She holds a post-graduation in regional development from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) New Delhi, and a post-graduation in Urban Planning from the School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) New Delhi.
