The company works closely with the local Gram Panchayat to undertake the projects in a transparent and accountable manner towards accomplishment through:

• Water Conservation by Pond Deepening to increase the capacity of the village ponds and construction of check dams  to reduce erosion and gullying, lower the speed of water flow, help in storing the surface water for use, both during and after the monsoon
• Rural Drainage Project -provided drainage systems in 16 villages including pipeline network and sewage treatment plants and through Cluster Development Programme other infrastructure projects like building community halls, bus stops, garden and panchvati development, crematorium upgrading, construction of (cattle shed), rural clinics, entrance gates, cricket pitch, pavilion which is implemented through CDAC (Custer Development Advisory Committee)
• Setting up Solar Street Lights
• Providing facilities for School Infrastructure Development
