The company contributed to CSR towards education infrastructure development through Supply of educational equipment, teaching learning support, extension activities, adult literacy, up gradation of school infrastructure. The project is designed for Ramapara, Bherai, Kadiyali, Kumbhariya, Devapara and Shiyalbet village of Rajula & Jafrabad taluka covering 18500 human population including 4500 students. Project aims to eradicate poverty by enhancing the education level and behavioural change of the community members. The project will lead to 100% enrolment, women empowerment through adult literacy and enhanced thinking level of the target group. This reasulted in 40% (306/412) increase in the enrolment of Balwadi, voluntary participation of villagers in kar seva for clean village drive, 30% of the parents have started attending PTMs and paying attention to the study of their children & improvement in the academic performance of children by 28%.
