The journey of AJMAL Foundation got underway with the keen desire of visionary and philanthropist Haji Ajmal Ali to transform what Shakespeare called “sad music of humanity” in to a relatively composed journey of life, particularly for the poor and the needy. It may be pertinent to state that the vision of a happy humanity will remain ever elusive and our democracy will continue to be demeaned unless a determined effort is made to banish the scourge of poverty and illiteracy from our society. Since 2005, AJMAL Foundation has put in tons of hard work based on meticulous planning in its effort to impart galloping pace to its activities directed at socio-economic uplift of the needy and the poor. It may hardly be an exaggeration to state that AJMAL Foundation has virtually transformed into a help line and succor of life for the deprived section of the society. The vision and the guidance of the AJMAL brothers have played the key role in giving concrete shape to the project and its successful implementation. M. Badruddin Ajmal and Mr. Sirajuddin Ajmal, despite their business preoccupation, have found this organization a fit medium to translate their vision of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) into a reality.
