Narayan Seva Sansthan is an NGO established in 1985 by Kailash Agarwal ‘Manav’ to treat patients suffering from polio, and cerebral palsy and serve the orthopedically handicapped and disabled. We aim to provide education and vocational training to the disabled and mentally retarded people with proper facilities to develop their potential to the fullest so that they can be self-reliant and independent. Our charitable organization works closely with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, mentally retarded children, handicapped, and individuals. Our programs are made possible through donations and contributions received from various corporations, organizations, and individuals. With the increase in support, we will continue to extend our efforts and provide services to improve the quality of life of physically challenged individuals. Poor, needy, and physically challenged persons are being operated “free of cost” at “Narayan Seva Sansthan”.

Thereafter, they are imparted with vocational training, so as to enable them to earn their livelihood on their own. These services are provided by highly experienced and motivated professionals and volunteers. Narayan Seva Sansthan is a blessed heaven for the differently able and underprivileged individuals in the world. Founded by Padma Shri Kailash ‘Manav’ Agarwal in1985, Narayan Seva Sansthan is a charitable organization serving to bring the differently able community to the mainstream society by empowering them physically, socially and economically. Situated at Badi Village near Lake City - Udaipur, Narayan Seva Sansthan is surrounded by the range of Aravali Hills right in the lap of nature. Narayan Seva Sansthan is the hope for physically impaired patients suffering from Polio, CerebralPalsy, and other by birth disabilities belonging from India, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Ukraine, UK and USA. Narayan Seva Sansthan has operated over 4.25 lakh patients in the last 35 years and has provided them a full socio-economic support by availing best of the medical services, medicines and technologies for free. This is a place where there is no cash counter for anything that anyone is in need of. It has 1100 bedded hospitals functioning with a team of 125 doctors and nursing staff, who are operating about 95 patients daily and servicing humanity. To make them economically self-dependent, Narayan Seva Sansthan avails vocational training to the patients without any fees. Vocational programs such as Computer Training, Electronic Equipment repairing, Hardware & Networking Skills, Home Appliances Repairing, Sewing Training, Mobile Repairing skills  help them to earn their livelihood and become a functional part of the society. To all the trainees of these vocational courses, Narayan Seva Sansthan also provides basic tool kits of hardware & networking, mobile and appliances repairing; and sewing machines free after successful completion of programs.

NSS has partnered with hosts of agencies including  REC Foundation, Hero Motors, EDCIL, BHEL, Airport Authority of India, Vijaya Bank, PNB bank, LIC India, SAIL, State Bank of India, Gail India Ltd., Airport Authority of India, REC Power Distribution Co. Ltd. Ircon Company LTD, Mitsibushi, Unicorn Natural Products Private Limited, Unicorn Natural Products Private Limited, etc. (More than CSR 54 partners) under the thematic area of Health, Skill training, Rural development, and women Empowerment. In the past, we have run several campaigns on similar lines with support from prominent corporate and government institutions. Till date, Narayan Seva has conducted more than 425,850 corrective surgeries and distributed 9,77,837 aids & appliances along with 17,962 customized modular limbs. These programs have provided millions of PWDs with access to the best medical treatment, accessibility, and skills mentored by educators, community leaders, and medical experts. Narayan Seva Sansthan adhering to "Vasudev Kutambukum'(The whole world is one family) organized Artificial Limbs Measurement & Distribution camps in Durban & Lenasia(Republic of South Africa), Nairobi, Mombasa & Meru(Kenya) and catered to more than 350 amputees.
