About the organization

eVidyaloka is an aspiration to transform the education landscape in rural and remote parts of India. eVidyaloka addresses the top 2 chronic challenges hampering the Quality in Education in the Government Schools, in rural parts of our country - Teacher Shortage and Teaching Quality. The model brings people with passion together across the globe, leveraging the power of technology and enables access to high-quality teachers to the children in the remotest villages of India.
It is focused on the children of 5th to 8th grade, by delivering live interactive classes in the local medium, through a powerful partner ecosystem. It is a delivery model, which is scalable, replicable, and sustainable, developed with a strong conviction in connecting people and leveraging technology.
As of today, we run 237 digital classroom centers across 10 states in India. Over 1792 volunteers have joined us in teaching in this program and we have benefitted over 19,000+ students by delivering over a million child learning hours.
