Launched in 2020, Empowering Millions Foundation is a first-of-its-kind e-learning organization specially created for and dedicated to building the capacities of grassroots NGOs and CBOs in India and globally by implementing digital learning projects. Grassroots NGOs and CBOs, despite their last-mile connect, are often faced with funding and resource mobilization challenges due to a lack of proper management system, communication, and mobilization skills, or preparedness of the internal organization.

Driven by a vision to mitigate these challenges, the Empowering Millions Foundation commits to help the local community reap the benefits of "Digital Learning" at the grassroot level. Our initiatives bring digital learning to local communities, focusing on health, gender, education, emergency response, environment, agriculture, and nutrition. We collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, academic institutions, and field implementation partners to deliver content development, e-learning modules, custom learning platforms, training, and capacity-building activities. 

Our e-Learning courses and digital platforms are ‘Made in India’ and follow the vision of the Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Digital India’ and the goal of ‘Bharat Nirmaan’, to make education more inclusive, futuristic, globally competitive, and bridging the language/digital divide.

• We excel in collecting and disseminating information, ensuring its availability even in remote areas. 

The Foundation develop and customize training programs that address the specific needs of communities, equipping beneficiaries with essential information. It uses the blended learning 5D approach (combining face-to-face courses, e-learning courses and modules), knowledge of in-house national and international experts, collective and individual coaching and toolkits.

• Diagnosis: We begin by understanding the organization’s vision, knowledge gaps, and priority areas for capacity building of their beneficiaries. We also assess the country’s digital penetration, digital literacy, and access to digital technologies (connectivity and hardware).
• Develop: Having diagnosed and designed the approach, we now start to develop blueprints, technical curricula, smart classrooms and digital platforms. This includes a mix of hardware and software
• Deliver: Its now time to pilot test the digital content and the digital platform; we conduct UAT (user acceptability testing), collect feedback, adapt the content and software, and then roll-out the learning solution at scale through virtual and face-to-face trainings. 
• Documentation: Having completed all the previous four steps, we collect data and analyze it using customized dashboards to evaluate learners’ interest, knowledge, practices and impact.
• Dissemination: we perform blended training, advocacy and outreach activities through our grassroot implementation partners, ensuring sustainability and scalability
